Q: Where does this store ship from?A: Enid, Oklahoma, USA
Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
A: Yes! You will find pricing per bottle when you add to your cart. At this time I am not shipping to the UK, British Indian Ocean Territories, Brazil, Japan, or the British Virgin Islands due to restrictions of their postal services.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (weekends, holidays, and pre-orders excluded). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Q: What is this store's return and exchange policy?
A: If you have an issue with your polish otherwise, please contact me right away so that I can attempt to right the problem. We do not accept returns on any polish.
If your polish has been damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and send it to me in a convo or email it to: cameocolours [at] gmail.com so that we can work something out.
I cannot issue refunds or replacements for polishes that show they have been delivered. This is something you need to work out with your post office. I have had to work through stolen mail and post office issues in the past, and I know how painful it can be, but once your package is out of my hands and shows delivered to your listed address it appears we are both at a loss. If you are in doubt or have a concern please contact me about purchasing insurance. I will try to work with you as much as I can, but I cannot issue a refund in these cases.
Q: Do you offer private label polish?
A: No, I am not a private label manufacturer. I am an Independent polish brand unto myself. I can create custom polishes upon request for clients and they can choose the name for the custom colour, but the polish will still be branded/labeled Cameo Colours Lacquers.
